Established and registered in 2001, NISARG (Natural Integral Spiritual Arts Restoration Group) is based in Lucknow and is committed to using the power of the arts to bring about social change. NISARG is a group of trained and experienced creative individuals in the fields of Drama, Literature, Painting, Music, Dance, and Audio-visual mediums. We have made remarkable contributions to creating a bridge between creative expression and human concerns. We have organized several theatre workshops for the empowerment of women, farmers, and laborers, and staged over fifty play presentations of mainstream theatre. NISARG has also conducted theatre workshops for children and women in several rural areas to help them cope with socioeconomic challenges. Our efforts are directed toward promoting moral values and human sensitivity through the arts, with a focus on making a positive impact on society.
Collaborated with renowned theater groups such as Bond Street Theater, New York (USA); Exile Theatre, Kabul (Afghanistan), and Poorvabhas Theatre, New Delhi, NISARG is committed to bringing the best of the theater world to its audiences. Our play presentations and productions have been showcased in various national and international theater
festivals such as the National Sanskrit Drama Festival in Agartala (Tripura):, Aadividrohi National Drama Festival in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), and Central Sangeet Natak Academy, North-East Centre Drama Festival in Guwahati (Assam). We also have produced excellent plays that were assisted by Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Sangeet Natak Academy National School of Drama, New Delhi, and NCZCC Prayagraj, Central Sangeet Natak Academy, North East Centre Guwahati, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh Sanskrit Sansthan, Ayodhya Shodh Sansthan.
